North Western Spain 2003
Great trip for 10 days on the old
ZZR, only covered 2000 miles, but this was more about taking in the views rather
than hard riding. Caught the over night boat from Portsmouth to Bilbao, smooth
sailing both ways :). We road from Bilbao round the Picos De Europa to the
most western point of Galicia and back. Known for it's great sea food, cider,
beaches, weather and views this area is a must if you get the chance. Just
remember your Spanish phrase book, as this is not a popular tourist area and
there was little English spoken
