Northern Ireland Went through the northern parts of Ireland for 6 days over the Easter weekend of 2002. Crossed from Holyhead in Wales to Dublin via the Fast Cat ferry The roads in Ireland are not the best, very bumpy lots of road works and very narrow, but the coast line scenery is some of the best I have ever seen and it is definitely worth the visit We travel from Dublin around the coast to Donegal then headed inland back to Dublin over the 6 day period. The highlight of the trip for me was having a Guinness in Joey's Bar Balleymoney
Out Side Joey Bar (The Old Railway Tavern)
The view across the bay to Pettigoe
Portrush where we spent the night
Shankill road Belfast
Murals were all over the place, quit intimidating driving through this area
